The store manager, Leonardo Vargas, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I dropped off my LV wallet for repair and received an email notification that my wallet was ready for pick up. Upon arriving at the store, I waited for almost 15 minutes before approaching Mr. Vargas to explain that all I needed was to pick up my repaired wallet, which was ready.

Instead of assisting me, Mr. Vargas insisted that I had to wait for my turn, despite the simplicity of my request. When I politely expressed that all I needed to was to pick up my wallet and pay for the repair, he called me irate, and further insulted me by stating that I would not be helped that and would need to return to the store at a later date to pick up my wallet.

Would not recommend this location while under the management of Mr. Vargas.

I purchased a purse for over $5000.00 after a year and few months the purse had started to have loose threads , peeling on the shoulder straps took it back to the store they claim the they couldn't find the code first on the back to verify its a real bag after doing more inspection and sent my bag off , they found the bag to be real and one of theirs , so I asked them will they be able to get the back fix because paying g that type of money the bag should be warranted a bit long or they should have said I'll repair the purse so the manager said ohh it's nothing we can do about it, you will need to pay to get it repaired...so fyi if you going to to spend that type of money just make sure you are aware they will repair it fix anything after 1 year...it don't matter how much money you spend....my thoughts to spend that type of money I'm thing the quality should have lasted for years...dont get me wrong i love theirs bags but I'll be watching the money amount I spend first before I lose out again ..

The store was very well organized, beautiful setup, person at the door to open and greet you . The salesman Pierre Singleton was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable . Went there to shop for my Grandson 18 birthday got some shades and a handbag. It was in a nice closed in area downtown Charleston near other stores like Gucci and some fine dining
