I had an amazing experience at Lake Chelan sports, perfect 10 out of 10 service. Would definitely go back again. The staff was incredibly respectful and nice, they helped me try on two different pairs of skiing boots, making sure I had the best fit! They gave me a run down of their favorite trails. Would 10/10 recommend renting cross country skis from them. Will definitely be back next year!

Great store, mentioned to the staff that the purchase was for a gift and they wrapped it for me on the spot. Also was in need of pants that looked nicer and could not find anything in town that fit well enough but they had something that worked great

Pretty embarrassing for a store to know their pricing is out of date online but leave it up anyways. Our skis were twice the price it shows online, and they did no gear fitting. Otherwise they were fine.

Cross country ski rentals are double as expensive than listed on the website and they weren’t able to honor the price as listed. I called ahead to ask if skis were available and they didn’t inform me about the pricing. For two adult XC rentals for 2 days is $120 - on the website it would be $60.

Great store! Great staff! Ximena went out of her way to help me find shoes. We passed on the desire for them to carry Hey Dudes. What better place to find a chill shoe on vacation in Chelan!

Love this little gem of a store! They always have just what I need and the staff and owner are wonderful to work with. Need some thing special and they’ll custom order it for you.
I keep going back to check out all the new stock for every season. Don’t forget you can rent cross country skis here too!

Lake Chelan Sports has been my go-to for years! They stock high quality, last-forever brands (Patagonia, Birkenstock etc) with a great selection, my fave being the footwear. The staff are great and always helpful when I've needed advice on a purchase. Highly recommend!

I rented cross country skis for the weekend with a few friends. My skis were great, worked well and getting them fitted was a breeze. We realized late on Sunday after driving a ways out that they closed earlier that day and we wouldn’t get back in time. We called to let them know that we wouldn’t get back in time. The staff member on the phone said to we’d be charged an extra day and to let her know if we wouldn’t come today. We told her we wouldn’t make it back so we’ll come by tomorrow and then she said well just let me know and hung up. When I went to return them, she had an attitude, even though I was very willing to pay the extra day of rental fee after dropping them off at 9:15AM in the morning. I had already paid the extra day rental fee and this woman was saying at least call back if you say you’re gonna call, which we didn’t say we would. We had three interactions with this woman and none were pleasant.

Two stars because the other staff member there was very sweet and provided recommendations for other areas to ski when Echo Ridge was closed.
