Bought a pair of Cloudeclipse. After not hearing back from JFS for a while, I reached out to On. An On representative instructed me to return/exchange the shoes to JFS because of a squeaking defect. On also confirmed that the spots are stains, not a discoloration.

JFS declines to help and eventually stops responding to emails, even though a representative for the company of a shoe they’re selling is saying that they need to honor the return / exchange.

Poor customer service and a waste of money.

This location has the best customer service thus far Ivan is so attentive and helpful and always willing to help he goes above and beyond to make sure we are dating we and every time we come into the store. Kamal is the best cashier, welcomes us with a smile with every transaction because of these two gentlemen I will continue to spend my money in this store.

Ordered a bag for my kid for christmas that said 2 in stock. Wait like 2 days didnt getting any shipping info so messaged them and the guy said it would ship out this week. Now here it is the end of the week and they just cancel my order instead. So now i have to wait for them to refund me and order it else where and hope it shows up before christmas so save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

I’m from out of town & Seen store passing by, thought I’d take a look. If I Knew I’d be stalked my first 60secs in the store I would’ve kept passing. The least they could’ve done was ask me if I needed any help. No-one even spoke upon entertaining. Never felt so uncomfortable shopping in my life. Didn’t even get a chance to look around with purpose. 0 out 10 recommend

I came into the store 30 minutes before closing wanting to exchange shoes I bought about two weeks ago for a bigger size. I didn’t have the paper receipt, but I had a picture of it and camo said it was no problem and let me exchange the shoes. However they didn’t have the initial shoes I bought in a size larger but Ivan helped me throughout the process of picking out another pair! The price was about $6 dollars more, but I wasn’t trying to go over. Camo said I didn’t have to pay! I just wanted to say thank you.

After being a customer for over 20 years, these people lost a growing family of potential customers by having a completely bogus return policy. I bought my six-year-old his first two pairs of real brand name shoes. One of them was completely jacked after just a few days of use and the other one Became too loose with no way of adjusting the elastic. WHEN I WENT BACK TO EXCHANGE SHOES WITHIN THEIR TWO WEEK RETURN POLICY (RECEIPT IN HAND), THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE SHOES NEED TO BE INTACT AND RESELL-ABLE IN ORDER TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEM. HOW CAN THEY EXPECT YOU TO KNOW IF YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING IF YOU NEVER USE IT. ASININE. WENT TO TARGET, CARTER’s & FAMOUS FOOTWEAR TODAY WHERE THEY ACTUALLY HAVE REASONABLE ACTUAL RETURN POLICIES. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.

this place is a joke and i seriously wonder how its still in business. What store does not allow returns on a brand new item that hasnt even been worn $165 down the drain. AVOID THIS STORE

They gave me and my grandma perfect service even though we were struggling, and the shoes there are amazing. Good quality too.
