I came today to this outlet to purchase three watches as gifts for my relatives. I spent $242 and the cashier refused to give me a bag per each watch which was ridiculous. I even bought a hand bag for $55 as a separate purchase and I had to place it in another shopping bag just to make sure my watches can get a bag…That’s a $297 purchase… and that I have to insist for a extra bag is outrageous. Name of rep is on the receipt.

I had a great experience here tonight. I was greeted when I came in and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Specifically, Mariah helped me to resize my watch and she was very knowledgeable and got it done very quickly. I truly appreciate the help and will definitely be back here!

I give them a star so I can go in and tell about my experience in the store tonight there were only two employees, a guy with black hair who was not very tall spoke Portuguese, I'm not sure, and a girl, I was the only customer and the service was terrible, I asked the price and the man told me cheap when I was ready to pay from the register I said I'm ready 4 times out loud he looked at me and ignored me he just yelled from there to wait for me until the girl came out from behind the warehouse where she had gone so as not to attend to me So with that being said, I let you know that if I bought because I like the quality of the brand, it is a shame that a store with so much history and quality is failing because they do not have good customer service. I hope that soon they will be able to invest in better staff that will contribute more to them and I am sure that their store will be what it was many years ago.

Parking there is crazy, since the tourists are back in full force again, temperatures, attitudes and arguments are back on the sidewalks and parking lots. Took over 20 minutes just to find a parking spot which ended up almost a 10 minute walk (with a dislocated knee in a brace) through pushy crowds and beeping horns.!!!
Finally at the store, walked in (looking for a watch I saw somewhere else but wanted to see more models and designs and at an outlet price, I also brought two other Fossil watches with me to get their batteries replaced, since they have a "Lifetime Battery Replacement Policy") store had a descent amount of customers looking around with what looked like only two sales associates busy doing other things including texting and taking photos of product, in the 20 minutes we were in the store, no one greeted us not once asked if we needed help (seems to be a huge problem at most of the stores in the tourist corridor from I-drive down to the Florida Mall areas.!!!) The inventory seemed very strained with very little display of what is shown online, seems like they pulled all the inventory out from the back just to fill in the spaces on display, showing a multitude of the same watches. Prices were consistent with the company website, but being an outlet store, their prices should be lower than MSRP (another huge issue in the tourist areas, the outlets stores sell product, even discontinued product at MSRP prices when claiming they are a "Discounted Outlet Store"!?), after going through all the cases, a found one model I did like as a daily wear watch model "FB-01" a simple divers style in steel at $129.00, so I asked to look at it, the associate was texting but came over, then their phone rang, and they answered in front of me before they even opened the case, motioned that they'll be right back and went to the back room.!!?!
Walked out and left after that.!!!
The Best location of Fossil was at Universal City walk, always had a great experience shopping there for either a gift or myself, and always attentive employees.!!!
...as an update, we went to TJ Maxx where I saw the same watch initially, had no issue having an associate assist me, the watch was even in their clearance case for only $40.00.! Overall I was in/out after purchase in less than 10 minutes with a great customer experience at TJ Maxx and saved $90.00.!!! Ended going to Winter Park Watch Company to get the batteries replaced, for which they also do a basic cleaning when replacing a battery.
