When I went there to try a shoe on they have brought me a shoe that had discoloured laces (it should have been white but it was almost fully pink?), then I was like okay, although that the shoe that I tried on had a quality issue I wanna buy it (another pair that has no defects) so they gave me another pair that I bought, I was like this pair gotta be flawless. Then I went home and opened a box. What did I see? This pair had a quality issue TOO, I was really embarrased, the tag on the tongue that said D&G was fully off. I talked to them in email that I am going to take back the shoe. The trip cost me 70 euros to bring it back. When I arrived they forced me to exchange it for the same one, I said thank you but after this poor quality that D&G "unluxury brand" ? sells me, I would rather get my money back. They said they would have given me a gift card, ignoring this they gave me a card that only I can buy with at their “luxurious ” shop. So now I have zero chance to sell the card to someone because they want me to buy another item from their disgusting shop that cannot provide flawless quality for me. Thanks, but I am not gonna PROMOTE A BRAND by wearing it that ACTS IN THIS WAY.

In a nutshell, if you want expensive items that have good quality. I do NOT recommend them.

Greedy business practice at Dolce & Gabbana in Parndorf. They sell you a faulty item, they even acknoledged the poor quality and took it back but refused to refund. Instead they give you a voucher - "company policy" they say - they don't care that you came from far, from a foreign country. Everybody deserves to know what they can expect there so I do NOT recommend this store not even to my ennemies. Think again before you ever buy anything from Dolce & Gabbana.

This is the worst D&G branch that i've ever visited. Despite the cold attitude and ignorance of my request multiple times. They gave me a tax refund form that is not degitized and I had to pay 7 EUR at the airport for 15 EUR tax refund. It's really a shame ✋

The worst dolce & gabbana shop i have entered in my life. DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES!! When i decided to cancel my purchase due to unprofessionalism, the male emloyee responded with “WHATS YOUR PROBLEM”!!!!!

The management behind this brand are discriminating against Russians and anyone who speak Russian !

They make clients who speak Russians to sign a doc that they are not seeking or using their items in Russia, even for those people who don’t carry a Russian passport !!!!!!! Bad decision…

This is not the way to be a global or international brand.
