I walked out of JUST SPORTS because of attitude from workers when I asked for help I was so angry as I walked into CHAMPS
It's a Pleasure to walk in your store from the Cashier Randy B that welcomed us with a smile & Juan that went back & forth W A SMILE to get me a pair of Jordans for my grandaughter & I ended up buying 2 pairs of sneakers (a pair of New Balance for me) Thank you Juan & Randy for your outstanding customer service I appreciate you I hope your boss really takes great care of you all workers here they all gave us a welcome smile you guys made my day & we went home happy THANK YOU CHAMPS?& WE'LL B BACK❤️

The worst experience that U have ever had in Champs 208, 125th St, I exchanged sneakers last week, they didn’t fit, they were so tight, those I exchanged were so tight too even if I took 1 size and half more, the cashier was so disappointed that I asked a refund, she run to her manager telling him the sneakers were worn, So the disrespectful manager while I was talking to him and explaining that this couldn’t happen because the feet were swelling, he left me and went to another customer, screaming that I’m not the only customer that he had and I have to exchange with another staff and No refund, he was disrespectful, it will be my last time in that store, I was to buy 2 pants, left everything took my sneakers ?, I have pictures of it, to be continued

Bought a ton of items cash at a different champs store, came in with a receipt and needed them to take off a tag(the kinds with ink if you mess with them) they forgot from 2 of the items. They refused, informed them of the policy it says on the receipt, return to ANY STORE and they still refused. I wasnt even trying to return i just wanted the tag off. They Said I needed to go to the other store that's about an hour out of my way. $50 uber for a mistake made by champs? All it takes is a Lil professionalism. I had my eyes on a few items but I'll keep my money for a store that values their customers shopping experience.

The manager gave great service when I was in yesterday. I needed a particular pant size, and it wasn't available in the store. I thought I'd have to search other stores because I didn't see it online. But the manager said they could order it online and have it shipped to me. Today I called the store to inquire about another matching pants I wanted and the employee said if it's not in the store, it's not available. When I tried to explain to her they had just ordered it for me yesterday, she hung up on me.

Très beau magasin, personnel sympathique et efficace. 3 paires de Nike (TN, Presto et AF1) pour moins de 300 dollars. Je ne regrette pas d'y être entré et je reviendrai dès que je serai à nouveau à New-York.
