This is their outlet store. Kudos to the young people manning that store. They are knowledgeable, respectful and efficient at their job, making a sale or not, with just the right amount of attention to give you the information you need but no unwanted high pressure sales tactic. Shoes are high quality. Sign up for their truckload sale which is usually around April.

While, the people in this store were really nice and helpful, I’ve never experienced the material in the shoe ripping like this in the toe with other tennis shoes I’ve worn. I’ve been walking for years with some running up steep streets. The shoes worked for my neuroma but my feeling is the shoe doesn’t hold my foot back in the heel. There’s an extra piece of material, inside the toe, that doesn’t stay up that I’m assuming was put there to fix this issue, maybe? But it isn’t high enough, when moved up, to support this issue. It’s not worth paying $100 and driving from Kirkland for these shoes.

Called on a Saturday at around 1:30 PM. I spoke to a Kimber. They were super kind and very helpful. Although my size was not available, I would totally buy from them when it is in stock.

The associate was helpful and able to direct be to another Brooks shoes model since the newer version of the Glycerin isn't available until January 2025.

I wear brooks at work 10 hours/daily at minimum. Great place to stock up on sneakers. But note that the discount does not apply to shoes.

Second try with no luck in a couple of months to purchase shoes at the Bothell location with the same terrible customer service. No purchase was made. The store had styles and sizes for my family both times. Despite the store having 4 employees, 3 of whom were not helping anyone, there was no greeting, no ask if we needed help, walked by us several times looking away. We are not runners, we plus sized people who have had great success with brooks shoes for walking. We will be finding another brand. This store clearly does not set an expectation of inclusiveness for its young staff.
