I had never been to Arlberg, but I stopped by recently because the binding on one of my skis was slightly loose. It seemed like a small problem that could easily become a huge problem if it were to fail in the backcountry. Adam took the time to find the right bit and tighten up the screws. It's a small tune up/easy fix, but my appreciation is huge!! I will definitely go back for any future tune ups and gear purchases. Cheers.

Great service! We went in the store today with a broken spoke and some other issues in my bike, and Adam was super helpful and fixed me right up so I was able to ride back to our campsite. He was friendly and helpful and the whole interaction was very positive! Thank you!!!

They really saved the vacation in a pinch. Lost a wheel on my son's bike and called around. They said they had one and would hold it for me. I came in with the bike to double check it would fit and they were nice enough to put it on. I brought my own tools because when you're on vacation who knows what shops will be around. This one is great and I'm glad I was able to come through. Thanks!

If looking for cycling and cycling gear, I haven’t been steered wrong. However, for ski rentals I had a bad experience with them and don’t recommend using them if you can avoid it. Here’s my story - a couple weeks ago I had a kid visiting me and we wanted to alpine ski at ski hill in Leavenworth. No alpine rentals are available in town though you can rent Nordic (which is weird in and of itself), but the people at ski hill provided me a flier from arlberg sports with their rental pricing (below), which is the only place in Wenatchee to rent alpine equipment. At checkout, I was shocked to be quoted a price of $55 per day when the brochure I was given of theirs stated $35. Arlberg would not live up to the price on the brochure. Let them keep their ski rentals and their price gouging ways, no alpine ski sets should be rented for double the cost of Nordic! And even if prices have raised somewhat over the years, they should still be somewhat comparable to Nordic prices and the company should have matched the price on their brochure for rentals if that is the information I was provided (and clearly presented to employee).

Mechanics were very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to give us a great experience. My only complaint is that they didn't have many bikes for young people even after calling a week in advance to check and being reassured they should be able to outfit my family, no need to do anything else. We showed up when they opened and the staff was very attentive to us and our needs. No pressure and they helped us to make decisions that were best for our family. They had 2 young people bikes, but one was out of commission. They tried to get the second bike up and running, but they didn't trust the safety so they only had one. We ended up renting the 1 smaller bike for my 10 year old son and a bike for me (plus helmets). We were going to the pump track about a mile away. They gave us suggestions for what our other kids (8 and 6) could do at the park if we went and answered our questions about the area. They even rode us down to where the trail started so we could get on our way. Reasonable prices, great bikes, great staff. We highly recommend this place!

The guys here were super helpful when I had a flat tire. They let me borrow a wrench and use the front patio to remove my rear tire from my Blix Packa Genie before they would change the tube out for me. They were very patient with me and my lack of bike experience. I had inquiried about the price of the bike rentals they have there which I thought was very reasonable. It’s kind of tucked emanating in the Leavenworth neighborhood, but I would definitely go here to inquire about renting an all terrain E-Bike. They seem to be well established in the Leavenworth E-Bike community.

The bike techs are phenomenal; friendly and knowledge! They were able to get me in last minute when my brakes were screaming at me after some fast downhill, and their pricing was far cheaper than I originally anticipated! My only beef is they told me a half hour, but took nearly two. I understand: beautiful sunny day in Leavenworth, and it seemed like they were having a lot of walk in customers. Thanks for the help, guys!

Extremely impressed by the service I received. Rare to go to a bike shop that mechanics and staff are so helpful. They helped me out on vacation so I could squeeze in an extra ride and did a complex fix in less than 2 hours from the time I dropped my bike. Also got invaluable trail information. Thanks guys!
