I have always had wonderful experiences shopping at level shoes , consistently receiving excellent treatment from the staff. However, this time I had to order online due to being unwell and needing a gift for my best friend's birthday.

Unfortunately, the bag arrived in plastic wrap with a sale tag, and the price was clumsily removed with a pen. The wrapping was poorly done, which is unacceptable for a luxury store where presentation and attention to detail are paramount. When I requested an exchange, I was informed that while the original delivery only took 90 minutes, it would take 24 hours to process the exchange for pickup.

This inconsistency, combined with the poor presentation of the item, is disappointing and falls short of the standards expected from a luxury retailer. As a result, I had to go out and purchase a new gift, leading to a significant waste of time and effort. This experience was far from the level of service I have come to expect from this store.

I had an amazing experience at Level Shoes in Dubai Mall, particularly at the Golden Goose section. I want to extend a special thank you to Mohamed Seiam for his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair of shoes. His professionalism and dedication truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Golden Goose at Level Shoes and asking for Mohamed if you want top-notch customer care!

I used to purchase from Level Shoes and didn’t encounter any problems earlier. Unfortunately my latest experience was disappointing. I ordered 10k Bottega Venetta bag from their app, the bag was obviously faulty, which I did not pay attention at first (am attaching here photos of the bag which you pay 10,000 AED for, not a small amount). When I contacted LS team about the matter, they were responsive and agreed to fix the issue with the bag. 10 days later I received the “fixed” bag which was simply poorly hand stitched (am attaching the photo as well). Obviously I didn’t accept this kind of replacement. So once again they collected the bag and again promised to sort out the matter with the brand (Bottega Venetta). ONE MONTH later from my original complaint date I received an email from them stating that they received this time supposedly NEW replacement bag from Bottega and when they checked it (thanks god this time they decided to actually inspect it before simply delivering it to me), they found out that the bag is also faulty. So they are unable to provide me with the bag actually. They were nice, they apologized and offered me the refund if I wish or to exchange this bag to another bag completely, like different brand or model. Interestingly, this bag is still available on their online app for sale, so basically whoever will buy it, they gonna get a faulty bag. Also considering that I purchased new bag and for the next one month never actually get to wear it but simply was going back on force on all the above drama, they couldn’t even provide any compensation from their side for this time waist. They said sorry it is not our fault, it is an issue of the brand (Bottega), so we can’t do much and we don’t take accountability for it. Which is so wrong as when you run a luxury multi brand retail store, you must take accountability on behalf pf the brands that you decided to sell at your store. So I believe that at least to retail a standard customer service level, they supposed to provide a discount code and even small credit amount on next purchase, like anything. Considering how badly my experience went and that I waisted one month of trying to fix the issue with the purchase. Anyhow, this is my experience and I just recommend to rather do not purchase anything online from their store, but go to the boutique and physically check the item before buying it.
