10 AM visit for the kids to do some climbing. The employees were very helpful and there was plenty of parking. I haven't learned to belay yet so they were stuck on the auto belays which got a little crowded around 1045.

I rented tables and benches. The moment I set up the benches I noticed they swayed and did not seem stable. Of course three people sit on one of the benches and the thing collapses, yes it was locked. Some clips and another part of it broke when that happened. I return the equipment and the first thing I tell them is that the benches are not stable and tell the guy what happened. He checks my equipment and tells me he will talk to his manager. He comes back and tells me the “good news” is that his manager said that’s been an ongoing issue with the benches so I will “only” have to pay $10. I tried to argue that but I signed that the equipment was given to me good condition and retuned it damaged.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to embark on a three-day bicycle ride along a portion of the Romantic Road, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The Outdoor Recreation team, with Devan as our guide, made this adventure truly exceptional.

The combination of breathtaking cycling routes, captivating historic towns, and, of course, the exceptional guidance of Devan made this journey along the Romantic Road an absolute highlight. I wholeheartedly recommend Outdoor Recreation and, in particular, Devan as a guide for anyone seeking an unforgettable outdoor experience.

Got send without ski equipment to ski vacation.
I unfortunately experienced the most unprofessional service ever. I called 3 times during the week and yesterday to make sure there is enough equipment and ask what time to pick it up. 3 times they told me not to worry since they have enough equipment, no reservations needed (/possible) and to show up at 17:00 the day before we leave. Yesterday we came at 16:30 to be safe in time. They told us to sign up in the list and after that we waited till 18:00 to get told that they calculated the time wrong and they can't get us anymore since they close now (A group of people came after us for helmets and got their stuff).
If they would have told us directly we could have gone somewhere else.
He didn't care at all about the fact we're driving without ski equipment to ski vacation, paying double the price now and loosing time on our first ski day. POOR GUEST SERVICE!

Was coordinating with the staff all week to rent ski rentals. They guarantee that they will have it on the day since they don't reserve. Made me sign in said that they will get to us. Made people jump i. The line, waited for 1.5 hrs and then said they had to close. Waste of time. Thankfully found a cheaper place to rent in Austria last minute and only took 5 minutes.

Great recreation store with a wide selection of outdoor gear, clothing, bikes, and accessories. A climbing wall for all levels. Wonder activity for kids, intermediate, ans serious climbers

For our first time visiting, the staff member there was very nice and very helpful to my two girls. He ensured that each of my girls understood how to use the harnesses, the clasp and cable and even brought us bottled water. The walls vary in difficulty, providing for each level of experience. They also have climbing shoes and gloves available. We had a great first visit and look forward to our next.

I had an amazing time in this store. Paul (The manager) and Bobby (The cashier) were really friendly and helpful on buying skiis and some equipment. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you!
