I called World Ninja Sport regarding an item I was looking to get my grandson. I left a message HOPING I would get a response before Thanksgiving. Justin called me about a half hour later, I was so surprised. We chatted for a few minutes; he was very helpful. My biggest concern had been delivery before Christmas and delivery charges. My items came before the holiday, exactly what I wanted. They came so quickly that I can actually give one item to Harry for his birthday this week. We are excited to share our experience with WNS. My wife and I own a small ninja training gym for kids of all abilities. EC Kids (Everything Counts for kids). We purchased some cool products from them for the first time and they were such a pleasure to work with. Quick and clear communication and turnaround time is something any business owner would cherish.

Dealing with Justin was a pleasure, he helped me through the process of creating the course. I thought dealing with Justin was a great experience, Dealing with the installer Noel the fireman Reyes was absolutley fantastic. Noel tested each obstacle as he built them and gave me tips on teaching my grandkids on how to do practice. Overall a great experince and the outcome of the Rig was fantastic. This customer is very satisfied from start to finish. Thank you Justin and Noel for everything.

Our spotted trainer, Lorin Ball, was extremely helpful and encouraging. He gave us many helpful tools to build progressions, freedom to create, and feedback to help our gym and coaches be better. The whole certification process from the online training modules to the in person hands on experience was very positive. Everyone we have spoken to on the Spotted team has been extremely supportive. These guys are amazing at what they do!

Hello World Ninja Sport,
My review is long overdue based on the outstanding customer service and superb product we received from your company. I had a handful of great conversations with Justin as we were picking out a rig to fit my young family. We live in MN and after reviewing what it would cost to ship we went with a Babylon Pro Plus Rig. We also added a battering ram, Ninja Mats and pads for Floating steps we build ourselves.
First off, the quality of how Justin and Team packed and shipped this rig was amazing. I knew from unloading the rig it was going to be solid for YEARS to come. He also supplied an incredibly detailed video of how he installs the rigs since me and a crew of two buddies did our own installation. We only had a couple months on it prior to a deep freeze but so far so good. My kids love it and are getting better. I’ve got a ways to go to keep up with them but I’ll enjoy trying.
We are the envy of our neighborhood!
