I ordered 10 pairs of medium pink socks for my daughters soccer team to wear during breast cancer awareness month. The socks arrived timely, however I did not review my order until a few weeks after the fact, and after having handed out all of the socks to the girls on the team.

After the fact I realized I had received all size "small" socks instead. I had accidentally deleted my email confirmation from the company about my order so I was trying to figure out how to remedy this issue - or if they would even help me out.

I emailed the company about the issue, providing my email address that I placed my order with, the FedEx tracking number, my date of purchase and so on, explaining that I received the wrong size socks from what I ordered.

The very next day, they found my order, realized their error, and sent out 10 new pairs of socks that were medium size - telling me we did not have to return the small socks that were originally delivered in error and that we could keep them or donate them instead.

They didn't hassle over it, they just fixed the issue, no questions asked. It was really painless. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Editing my last review since our latest order. If I could give Philip ams Protime Sports a ten out of 5, I would. They beyond exceeded expectations this last request. I called on a Monday to see if I could get uniforms quickly for a tournament 10 days away.....and of course, they fulfilled. I got custom uniforms with players names delivered to my front door in less than 5 days. I live in Tennessee and will forever order from here. Our Little League orders spring and fall uniforms and hats. They are always right and on time. Philip is so helpful, stays in constant contact, and is extremely nice. By far the most consumer friendly, quality products, and quick fulfillment. I love this company!

We ordered basketball uniforms from Protime Sports, they are amazing!! Andrew has worked with us on creating the design we wanted. Once we had what we wanted they got them to us faster than estimated. We will for sure be using them in the future! Andrew and Josh have been so great to work with!
