Joaquin is the absolute best. He's incredibly sweet and understanding. My board had a small area of delamination and I brought my board in for a warranty replacement. It took a little over a month due to k2 not responding to both he and I. Finally due to the wait I ended up getting a brand new k2 passport that I was able to shred on at Mt. Bachelor and it was all thanks to Joaquin. He's already the manager, but he should definitely get a promotion, raise, or at least a bonus! I also took the board to crystal and it kicked a** there as well!

Best place to have your skis or board tuned up. I brought mine in and had some work done, and the first day back on the slopes I sustained some more damage to some of the repaired portions. I brought it back and they fixed it without charging me a second time. Excellent customer service that was greatly appreciated!

I have bought all my ski boots at Sturtevant’s for the last 20 years or so. They give excellent service and are very committed to making sure your ski boots fit. I ended up with a pair of boots in spring of 2023 that just didn’t work. I brought them in 7 times for adjustment. Here in fall of 24, I went in and got new boots. I also brought back the ones from last year. They have a 2 year fit guarantee, and refunded the purchase price of that pair of boots, no questions asked. This is the only place I will ever buy ski boots. they have a very friendly staff and I really appreciate their commitment to their service.

I’ve been going to Sturtevants for years and the experience has been the same; incredible service, support, and variety of equipment. Recently, I had another great experience I want to share.

I Bought a pair of boots from them a while back but haven’t skied in years. My skiing ability has changed quite a bit and I needed to have the fit of my boots adjusted. Chad and Otto worked on both the fit and the flex. Both spent a lot of time and effort making my old boots feel new and perform well.
