Everything sporting goods under one roof! Was a little overwhelming but fun. Top name brands to choose from. Nike under armour The North face and more. Nice selection of Stanley and yeti to choose from. Prices are high but you do pay for top name brands! Awesome. I loved that they also carry Carhartt!

5 stars just for Elijah making my returns seamless. He was patient even when my order number didn’t show up in the system, and was able find it using my cellphone number and issue a refund. I had been to another DSG where they didn’t go the extra mile to find my order, and told me they cannot pull it up from my account when I was literally showing them my account on my phone.

I would rate my first experience at this store 5 stars because of exceptional service of Choya; diligent, professional, gentle , and knowledgeable. Maddison is cool, too, But the men weren’t effective at customer service. They didn’t have an attitude but it would be much nicer if they could be a little eager in helping their customers’ needs regardless of their background. I think 4 stars is a fair rating for my experience yesterday.

I’ve been to this store twice. Selection is great and the prices aren’t bad. I had the same cashier both times last time I left without purchasing cuz the guy is very rude. I bought my jacket today only because I’d already paid by the time he let the rudeness fly. Will not return to this store. I will pay more at R.E.I. Next time.

Don't bother using same day delivery service, they probably don't even look at the queue. After being promised that it would be delivered the same day before 2pm ordered at 1:30pm, I waited 2 days and had to call and be on hold for 15 minutes, and even then I couldn't cancel the order because 'doordash has it' some bs excuse. Never had this kind of experience without being able to cancel, would have been fine if I was allowed to cancel but this is ridiculous.

What bad service I went to get an LA Dodgers baseball shirt and the shirt was missing the tag and I asked a store worker for help and he simply told me he was busy and he went to the merchandise room and on the way out he told me that he could tell me at the cash register how much it was. On the way to the cash register I ran into another worker and I asked him the price, he checked it on his screen and told me the shirt was $165 “it was a damaged shirt, it had ink on the sleeve and I asked him if he could give me a discount on it and he responded aggressively “I don’t know, I don’t care, I’m not the manager”.
