Without a doubt, one of the best out there. I hit a very deep pothole late at night and caused a MAJOR bend in my 20” wheels. TAS advised the wheel may not be able to be saved but since my wheels were no longer made, I wanted to try saving it. They were completely up front and honest with the expectation that it may not be able to be saved. Even with that being said, they performed a miracle and got my wheel looking and feeling brand new. The turnaround time was exceptionally quick for the depth of service performed. Amazing craftsmanship and honest business dealings, a rarity in this day and age. 10/10 do recommend!

These gents did a fantastic job cleaning up my forged BBS racing wheels. Reasonable prices, quick turnaround, good service, & great work quality.

I’m extremely picky about who does work on my cars and would be happy to drive the 1.5-hr round-trip to do business with TAS Machine again. They did a great job matching the Volk Racing Magnesium Blue (“Mag Blue”) look I was going for.

I researched a LOT of other companies but after reviewing their Instagram and other feeds and texting/speaking with Brett on the phone, I had no doubt that they could handle anything that is thrown at them (go check it out: it’s everything from wheel straightening to refinishing, powder coating, curb rash repair, bend repair, machining…heck there are several images where they’ve welded in new material to wheels with chunks missing). Thank goodness my wheels didn’t need that treatment!

Their final results for my wheels were even better than expected. Well done, gents! Thanks again!

After three failed attempts to get quotes from other powder coating businesses, I reached out to Brett at TAS Machine Co around 9pm via email on a random Wednesday. Within an hour, we were discussing details on the scope of work I wanted and had them dropped off the following Friday. Dismount, dispose, fix some slight curb rashing, powder coat, mount, and road force balance. Brett noted every detail and executed with precision! Every wheel was bent that I was unaware of (bought them off FB) and he straightened them before powder, something I feel other wheel/powder company’s would neglect to do which would lead to a difficult or terrible balance job. Communication and detail to work are key to securing my business and will be returning in the future for other powder needs. Extremely happy with the end results and the entire process from start to finish. Thank you Brett and your team for one hell of a job!

Cracked BMW 335i wheel repair (after and before pics) with great results. The tire was demounted, straightened, crack was ground with stress relief hole drilled, TIG welded, weld ground, wheel cleaned and repainted, tire remounted and balanced. Highly professional staff which gave good communication.

I rode on a flat tire a little longer than I should have and damaged the entire edge of a powder coated wheel. I didn't bend the wheel but the guys at TAS were able to touch up the damaged edges so well that the repair is completely imperceptible. Really a great job!

Top quality work for a fair price. TAS did an amazing job refinishing and powder coating my original C4 sawblade wheels. Absolutely highly recommended.

-edit - Went back to TAS to have them coat a subframe for my Buell X-1. Absolute top level perfect quality job. Couldn't be happier.

I was looking for a tire place that could mount and balance tires on my new set of OEM rims for my 1970 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. I walked in without an appointment, and they did an excellent job in a very short amount of time at a very reasonable price. This place is great! I highly recommend TAS Machine Co. in Laurel, Maryland.
